Successful Watchman Procedure

We are very pleased to report that Judy's Watchman procedure last Wednesday was a success. She was in normal sinus rhythm prior to the procedure and she stayed in it--there was no need for a cardioversion. She was released on Thursday and we began our stay at a Union Square small hotel. She still gets tired easily--most likely she is still being effected by the anesthetic. Mike claims that it took him 2 weeks to recover from a general anesesthetic. Tomorrow, Sunday, we rent a car and drive to Carson City to stay with our daughter Kimberly and her family.  Mike will return to the island on Tuesday to oversee the construction while Judy will convalesce with Kimberly until she can fly.
